By using LocalPix (the "site"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. The service

The site provides free image tools that run in your web browser. We may change, suspend or remove any tool at any time without notice.

2. Your content

You keep all rights to the images and text you use with the tools. Files are processed on your device and are not uploaded to us. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to edit and share any file you process, and for keeping backups of your originals. We recommend never overwriting an original file with a processed version.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site to break the law, to infringe the rights of others, to create or distribute harmful or deceptive material, to attempt to disrupt or overload the site, or to scrape or copy it in a way that harms its operation. You must not use QR codes generated here to mislead people or direct them to malicious destinations.

4. Intellectual property

The site's design, text and code are owned by the site operator or its licensors and are protected by copyright. You may use the output you create with the tools for any lawful purpose, personal or commercial.

5. Advertising and third-party services

The site may display advertisements from third parties such as Google AdSense. We are not responsible for the content of those ads or for external websites you visit through them. See the Privacy Policy for details.

6. No warranty

The site and its tools are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or uninterrupted availability. Results depend on your browser and device. Image conversion and compression can change or discard data. QR codes should be tested before important use.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or business, arising from your use of the site or inability to use it.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the revised terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the operator's jurisdiction, to be specified before launch, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
