What to include

• The tool you were using and the page address.
• Your browser and device (for example, Chrome on Android).
• What you expected to happen and what happened instead. Please do not attach private pictures; a description or a harmless test image is enough.

Response time

We aim to reply within a few business days. Because the tools run entirely on your device, we cannot see, recover or delete any of your images, so there is no account or file data for us to look up.

Privacy requests

If you have a question about how personal data is handled, see the Privacy Policy first, then write to us with the subject line "Privacy".
